The DAIWA DVA-75HBUPTZ is a 75mm half-ball unit that can be mounted on various 75mm diameter tripods depending on the application.

The all-metal plate includes the industry standard 1/4 20″ threaded screw for mounting to PTZ cameras.

It also features a tool-free folding thumbscrew so you can securely fasten the plate to your camera without the need for a coin or screwdriver.

NOTE: Due to differences in the design concept of each manufacturer, we do not guarantee the installation of all 75mm diameter tripods.

NOTE: Due to the special shape of the ball lock knob, depending on the 75mm diameter tripod you are using, the knob may interfere with the lock and prevent it from closing completely. In this case, please use the ball lock knob you normally use.

Quick Release Plate

The large, thin disk-shaped plate can be set in the appropriate position according to the size of the camera, and it is stable even when the camera needs to be placed temporarily, so there is no need to worry about it falling over.
Illuminated Bubble Leveler

The platform is equipped with a bubble leveler, which is essential when adjusting the level. This bubble leveler can be illuminated as needed, which is a useful feature when setting up the tripod in dark places.
Double Action Locking Mechanism

The camera can be easily attached and detached by opening the lock lever. Despite its strong locking force, it does not require much force to operate the lever. A safety mechanism is included, so the camera cannot be removed without a two-step operation. (see also video)
